Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Binibi purchase! If you would like to return an order, please reach out to our customer service team for further instructions at email@example.com and include your order number or proof of purchase. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please do not return the product back without contacting us first and receiving the necessary return or exchange instructions.
For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your approved refund refund, please first check your bank account again. If it has still not been received, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To receive an exchange for a defective item or an incorrect item shipped, please email a photo or video of the defect/incorrect product along with your order number to our customer service email at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We can only exchange purchases made on our website, www.binibi.co. At the time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier and let us know immediately.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
