Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that contains tracking information. Binibi is not responsible for delays such as weather, COVID disruptions, carrier volume, or other situations outside of our control.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed or if you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@binibi.co with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Expedited 2nd Day Shipping (1-2 business days)

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

Shipping charges for both economy and expedited shipping will depend on the amount of products ordered and the corresponding weight. Shipping charges for your specific order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are interested in placing an international order, please reach out to hello@binibi.co and we can quote you on an order and shipping price. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Binibi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We suggest researching the customs or duties that your country may impose.
